Feeling off-track lately? This helped.

The past few months have been… a lot. Getting back into a rhythm hasn’t been easy, but I’ve made it a point to spend quiet time with myself—no pressure, just presence.

During one of those moments, I picked up The Pivot Year by Brianna Wiest (still one of my all-time favourites). I wasn’t looking for anything specific—I just opened it—and landed on Day 231. Where she writes:

“Sometimes, when it seems like you are falling behind with the outside world, you are actually coming into alignment with your internal one…”

That line stopped me.

There are a lot of things, in business and in life, I expected to have figured out by now. Which has had me reflecting, a lot, about where I am. Which has me realizing that all the changes and slowdowns weren’t wrong—they were necessary shifts.

If you’re feeling off-course or unsure about what’s next, I wrote something for you.

📚 And if you haven’t read The Pivot Year yet, you can grab it here (not an affiliate—just a fan).

Woven basket of spring flowers on a white chair, symbolizing fresh starts, Spring Fever in Business, and seasonal inspiration for introverts.

This weekend I officially cracked. I had to open every window in the house, light my nerdiest floral-scented candle, and pretend I wasn’t still wearing fuzzy socks. Even though it was snowing, spring fever hit hard — and honestly, I don’t hate it. It got me thinking: doesn’t spring kind of feel like nature’s version of a reset button?
