The Tiny Shift That Changes Everything

You know what all those super-successful people have in common? They’re always looking for ways to help others. Meanwhile, the ones stuck in a cycle of frustration? They’re busy asking, “What’s in it for me?”

It may be a very small shift, but it makes all the difference.

A perfect example would be Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx. She didn’t set out to be a billionaire—she just wanted women to feel confident in their clothes. The money followed because she led with service, not self-interest. (and who doesn’t want to feel good in every outfit?)

This applies to your business, too. When you focus on helping—solving problems, easing burdens, and simply making things better for your clients—success follows naturally. But if your main thought is, How do I get more? … well, that energy repels the very thing you want.

So, here’s your challenge for the week: Shift the question. Instead of “How can I sell more?”, ask “How can I serve better?” It’s a quiet but powerful move, and trust me—it works.

Because success isn’t about who grabs the most. It’s about who gives the most.

Let me know—how are you going to help someone this week? Hit reply and tell me!
